Privacy Policy

ONE does not collect personal information.

1. What we collect

Nothing. ONE has no accounts, sign-in, servers, ads or analytics. mooha never sees or receives what you write or how you use the app.

2. What is stored on your device

Your affirmation; your ONE thing for this year, month and week and its state (in progress, done, let go); start and end dates; the line you leave when you look back; things you chose not to do; and your settings (reminder, look-back day, appearance, accent color) are stored only on your device. Widgets and the Lock Screen read the same on-device store.

3. Notifications

The weekly look-back reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. It does not pass through any server.

4. Contact email

If you email us from the app, we use your email address and message (and the iOS and app version if included) only to reply, and delete them once the conversation is finished.

5. Deleting your data

Settings ▸ Delete All removes what you wrote (affirmation, ladder, look-back lines, things not to do). Your settings remain; deleting the app removes everything. Once a conversation is finished, we delete your email from both the inbox and the trash.

6. Your rights

Everything you enter stays on your device, so you can view, edit and delete it in the app yourself. To see or delete an email you sent us, write to hello@mooha.co.kr. We act on it within 10 days.

7. How we keep it safe

mooha has no servers, so we keep no copy of your information. We read support email only in a mail account protected by two-step verification.

8. Children

ONE collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you are under 14, please email us together with a parent or guardian. If we find we have email from a child, we delete it right after replying.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post it on this page with a new effective date.
