About the name
memento mori.
Latin for “remember that you will die.”
In ancient Rome, the story goes, someone stood behind a victorious general in his triumph and whispered it. It was never meant to frighten. Remember that there is an end, and now comes into focus.
memori turns those words into numbers. And every mooha app starts here. Because we remember the end, we can choose today’s three. Three, two, one, zero.

FAQ
Are the numbers accurate?
They are averages, not predictions. Life expectancy defaults to 83 years (Korea’s 2024 life table says 83.7; we drop the decimal) and you can change it. Every number shows how it was counted.
I do not know my parent’s exact birth year.
A rough guess is fine. All memori needs is a birth year and how often you meet.
Is it free?
Yes. All of it, with no in-app purchases.
